Dr. J.Y. Yong (ORCID 0000-0003-1332-4779/Researcher ID L-2829-2019) is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Management and Marketing at Taylor’s University. She earned her Doctorate degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia, where she delved deep into her passion for exploring the antecedents and outcomes of green human resource management, unearthing invaluable insights into sustainable organizational practices.
